RIP Senator Kennedy

Senator Kennedy died on Tuesday - a sad day.  I guess he is my "where were you when Kennedy died".  I was on the  phone with my dad and he said, Ted Kennedy died.  Senator Kennedy was an icon.  The "Lion of the Senate".  He was a man with flaws but a heart larger than he could contain. 

Today was his memorial.  I cried.

Thank you Senator for all that you have done for this country - i am grateful.

another politician bites the dust - or does he?  seems governor sanford disappeared (original reports) but then resurfaced returning from argentina to see his latin lover.

this republican called for the impeachment of president clinton over monica lewinsky - ah, casting stones while living in a glass house.
